How can we help? Here are five steps you can take.

Come in for your first meeting
Spend time with your therapist
Your issue could be something small such as mild anxiety, or stress at work.
There could be more serious deep-rooted issues that are causing difficulties in functioning day to day; or there could be very serious issues such as self-harm.
Choosing a therapist begins with an initial call with our Clinical Director.
During this chat, we will discuss the presenting issue and what type of therapist you feel comfortable with. A therapist will be asssigned in a suitable timeframe, with a regular programme proposed.
This is followed by an exploratory consultation and payment.
When you come in for your first appointment, simply press the call bell and go up to the waiting area.
Your therapist will meet you and bring you to a comfortable meeting room. During this preliminary session, the discussion will centre on your needs from this process, what you would like to gain, and the length of each session.
Your therapist will plan a programme of ongoing therapy as a course of action after the preliminary session.
This process allows for discovering the extent of issues being discussed, and any unknown issues arising. In collaboration with your therapist, we will propose a supportive course of action.
