Ashika Bridglall

Ashika is a South African trained and qualified psychologist, working as a mental health professional within the Irish health & disability sector.
Ashika is a Chartered Psychologist with Psychological Society of Ireland, and the Health Professional Council of South Africa (HPCSA), and a pre-accredited member of the Irish Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy (IACP).

Ashika works from a relational, collaborative integrative perspective, tailoring interventions to the clients’ specific needs. Ashika incorporates psychodynamic, Attachment, CBT and trauma informed support models and seeks to support clients to understand how or what has led to a difficulty arising, adopting a holistic view of a person.

She has experience in working with a wide range of issues, not limited to depression, anxiety, emotional regulation difficulties, relationship difficulties, loss and bereavement, trauma, and work or academic stressors.
