Services: Counselling and Psychotherapy

COUNSELLING AND PSYCHOTHERAPY HELP YOU TO DEVELOP COPING STRATEGIES THROUGH TALKING. LEARN HOW TO FIND CLARITY AND MAKE POSITIVE CHANGES.

Psychotherapy South Dublin
Counselling and psychotherapy is a talking process where a trained therapist provides a safe, confidential space for you to explore your thoughts, feelings, and behaviours. It offers support for those who are struggling with life’s challenges, helping you to find clarity and work through difficult emotions.
Whether you're dealing with anxiety, depression, relationship struggles, or the grief of losing a loved one, counselling and psychotherapy can help you make sense of what you’re going through and empower you to make positive changes.

Counselling is not about giving advice, but rather about guiding you to discover your own answers and coping strategies. Our goal is to walk with you through tough times, offering compassion, understanding, and support every step of the way.

Types of counselling & psychotherapy offered

We offer a range of specialised counselling services to help you cope with life’s various challenges.

If you're struggling with anxiety, we can help you learn tools to manage your worries, control overwhelming thoughts, and regain your sense of calm.

For those experiencing depression, our counsellors provide support to help lift the emotional weight and explore ways to improve your mental well-being.

We also offer relationship counselling, for when you're facing communication issues, conflicts, or need guidance on building a stronger connection in your relationship. This includes couples counselling, where partners attend together to navigate challenges, rebuild trust, and strengthen their relationship.

For those dealing with the pain of bereavement, our counsellors provide a compassionate space to grieve, process your emotions, and find a way forward.

Benefits of psychotherapy & counselling

Counselling can bring many benefits, offering a chance to feel heard, understood, and supported during difficult times. It helps you gain insight into your own emotions, thoughts, and behaviours, empowering you to make positive changes in your life.

Many people find that counselling helps to reduce feelings of anxiety and depression, improving their mental health and overall well-being. It can also provide the necessary tools to cope with life’s challenges, manage stress, and improve communication and relationships.

By exploring your issues in a safe and confidential space, you will begin to understand yourself better and develop healthier ways of thinking and coping, leading to greater peace of mind.

Our counsellors

Our team is made up of more than 20 fully qualified and accredited counsellors, each with a wealth of experience in their own specialised areas. We understand that each person is unique, and we believe in matching you with the right professional to meet your specific needs.

Whether you're seeking support for anxietydepressionrelationship issues, or bereavement, we have counsellors with the expertise to guide you through your journey. With a variety of therapeutic approaches, you can be assured that you’ll receive support and care tailored to you.

Getting started

The first step in seeking counselling is recognising that something isn’t right and that it’s okay to ask for help. If you’re unsure about the process, we offer an initial chat where we listen to your concerns and answer any questions you may have.

After this, we’ll match you with the right counsellor who best fits your needs and schedule your first session.

We understand that it can feel daunting to take that first step, but rest assured, you will be met with empathy, respect, and understanding. We are here to help you navigate your journey toward healing and emotional well-being, one step at a time.
