Meet our therapists

Eva Garcia

Eva has a Masters Degree in Integrative Adult Psychotherapy. She is also a Play Therapist and Creative Art Therapist and is fully accredited by the Irish Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy.
Eva’s humanistic-integrative approach with adults has the aim to help in spiritual, emotional, physical and cognitive aspects. She uses a wide range of techniques and methods that enable her to work with all dimensions of the client, where all difficulties are placed within a larger context of growth.

She also holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Play Therapy, from the Academy of Play and Child Psychotherapy, Leeds Beckett University. She uses creative tools, like drawing, clay, sand, movement, music and therapeutic storytelling as a way for children to express themselves. This facilitates their emotional, behavioural and mental health well-being.

She offers sessions in Spanish, Italian and English. Eva deals with many issues such as anxiety, panic attacks, depression and abuse. She also works with clients on family conflict, relationships, child and teenage issues.
