Meet our therapists

Karen Cohalan

Karen believes that when an individual is fully seen and understood by another, they can authentically explore their emotional experience and be themselves without constraint or limitation.
Karen is a qualified psychotherapist with a Diploma in Humanistic and Integrative Counselling and Psychotherapy from Turning Point Institute and UCC. She also has a Professional Certificate in Psychosynthesis from ICPPD. She is an accredited member of the Irish Association of Humanistic & Integrative Psychotherapy.

In the therapy room, we create a safe space together for you to consciously and with self-compassion bring awareness to various aspects of yourself. This increases insight, strengthens your connection with yourself and with others, while creating the environment for healing, growth and development.
