Carmel’s approach is relational and holistic, offering a safe, nonjudgmental space to work through life’s difficulties together. She believes healing can be achieved through the therapeutic relationship while attending to both mind and body processes. By raising awareness, understanding, and self-acceptance, we can expand our choices to live life more fully and find our unique path forward.
Carmel works with a broad range of issues, including low self-esteem, stress, anxiety, low mood, depression, relationship difficulties, sexuality, trauma, abuse, suicidal ideation, addiction, grief and bereavement, problems with identity, feelings of loneliness and emptiness, difficulties with direction in life, loss of creativity or vitality.
