David Farrell

David is a fully qualified Counsellor and Psychotherapist. He is a fully accredited member of the Irish Association of Humanistic and Integrative Psychotherapy (IAHIP) and registered with the Irish Council for Psychotherapy (ICP).

He holds a Graduate Diploma in Counselling and Psychotherapy from DCU/Turning Point Institute, a Clinical Diploma in Counselling and Psychotherapy from the Turning Point Institute and a Master’s degree in Counselling and Psychotherapy from DCU.

David is a highly committed, empathic and resourceful psychotherapist who is deeply passionate about nurturing clients to achieve positive change. He has extensive experience in providing empathic and individualised psychotherapeutic services to clients across a spectrum of demographics including working with traumatised individuals, depression, anxiety and stress, substance abuse, relationship problems, bereavement and personal growth.

David specialises in working with individuals who may be suffering from the effects of living within adverse or abusive environments during their childhood and who as adults may be experiencing anxiety, depression and low self-worth as a consequence of those experiences.
