John's therapeutic training is pluralistic, which means working with him is very democratised, with the full involvement of his clients, where he works to draw out their own personal strengths. He has trained in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, and likes to incorporate Psychodynamic practices.
John has a good level of experience in working with depression, generalised anxiety, social anxiety, panic, occupational stress, relationship difficulties and anger management. Men’s health and loss of meaning are particular areas of interest for John.
