Lucy is a fully accredited member of the BACP and holds an MA in Counselling and Psychotherapy. She has a special interest in body image and eating issues.
She works with adult individuals in a person-centred way, which offers a kind and safe space to explore and reflect on their experiences. They gain a deeper understanding at their own pace.
Lucy works with a wide range of issues including depression, anxiety, gender identity, loss, low self-esteem and relationship and family issues.
She is currently completing a Specialist Certificate in Working Therapeutically with Eating Disorders.
